BTO Management Consulting AG, based in Berlin, is a national and international management consultancy specialising in business optimisation and strategy, M&A and process optimisation. The industry focus is on the energy sector, the oil and gas industry, infrastructure services and research institutions. The current consulting focus is on issues related to the economic and environmental implementation of the energy transition.
The team currently consists of five partners and a growing number of outstanding consultants. Many of BTO’s consultants/partners are also successful entrepreneurs. With this background, BTO supports medium-sized and large companies as well as family offices, investment funds and private equity firms.
