Zeno Bach

Zeno is a communications expert focused on reputation, trust, and leadership at the intersection of politics and business. He advises organizations and leaders on how to build credibility, manage crises, and communicate clearly and confidently in times of change through authentic storytelling and thoughtful narrative development.

Based in Munich, Zeno is a Senior Consultant at Wavestone, a global management consultancy, where he leads transformation and communication projects for clients across Europe. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Governance and Public Policy from the University of Passau and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Bath, UK.

A European at heart, Zeno believes that freedom, democracy, diversity, and solidarity are not just ideals but shared responsibilities. In times of growing polarization and uncertainty, he sees it as more important than ever to defend these principles and turn them into action.
