Simon Costa

Simon is Vice President at Pava Partners, a leading European mid-market M&A boutique. Prior to this, he was a Manager in the Strategy & Transactions division at Ernst & Young, where he advised business owners and investors on transactions involving mid-market companies, large corporations, and international funds. Professionally, Simon is driven by the challenge of guiding owners through major transitions and his deep curiosity to understand economic dynamics. He holds a degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, Humboldt University in Berlin, and the University of São Paulo.

I firmly believe that Germany’s prosperity and the preservation of a liberal order depend on a united Europe. In my view, the further development of the financial ecosystem is crucial to maintaining Europe’s prosperity and influence amid various challenges.
