Elisabeth Ulshöfer

Elisabeth Ulshöfer is a Senior Manager at Vindelici Advisors AG, where she has been contributing since 2019. With a strong background in project leadership, Elisabeth has led various high-impact initiatives, including developing a digitalization strategy for a German state parliament and consolidating clinic structures. Her expertise spans organizational studies for clinics and public institutions, interim HR management, and heading the company’s marketing team until 2024. Elisabeth holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on market-oriented business management from the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.

Her motivation for joining the United Europe mentoring program stems from her desire to gain fresh perspectives on her personal and professional growth as well as on societal developments. Elisabeth believes that, as a leader and a consultant, it is vital to continuously seek external insights to achieve the best outcomes.
