With US and China racing to dominate the economical world scene post-pandemic, European Unity, more than ever, is a priority.
As a mentor for United Europe, I want to bring my contribution to this unity and convey my commitment and passion for Europe to the young generations who are the future of Europe.”
Overview
Flo is a French national, from immigrated Spanish and Polish parents, who has lived and worked in UK, Italy and France, so pretty much a European by heritage and choice!
HR professional in large organisations and scaled up start-ups, she particularly focuses on transformation and change management, from digital transformations to mergers and acquisitions.
Approach
Flo is a firm believer that business planning and management practices will increasingly place social and environmental responsibility at the heart of their strategy. Collaborative organizational models, focus on culture and people, including diversity, learning, motivation, well-being and servant leadership, will no longer be a ‘nice to have’ nor marketing arguments but essential ingredients for sustainable, resilient businesses and, ultimately, society.
Career History
With more than 25 years of experience in executive and senior positions as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at DOCOMO Digital Ltd (Digital Payments – 2007-2019) HR Director at Hewlett Packard in Italy France and UK (Technology Services 1997 – 2007) and Brann Ltd in UK (Part of the Havas Group – Direct marketing (1991-1997) Flo has led a number of organizational transformations in collaboration with management teams and employees, should it be as part of Mergers and Acquisitions or Digital transformation.
Currently Non-Executive Board Director and Culture Advisor at DOCOMO Digital Ltd (Digital Payments part of NTT Group Japanese Telecommunications Group) she is focussing on Agility from an HR and Leadership stand points and certifying as Professional coach.
Flo worked in last 20 years in global roles and international environments with a high level of cultural diversity, as well as managed international HR teams.
Personal
Mentoring and coaching are a bit of a passion (Mentor at European Women on Boards (EWOB) and JobGlasses (French mentoring platform for students) as well as her voluntary engagements related to social inclusion. Flo currently lives in France.
