Konstantin Brüker has a background in Aerospace Engineering, holding a master’s degree from the University of Stuttgart, complemented by a year of study at ISAE-SUPAERO in Toulouse.
He has gained international work experience in Berlin, Paris, and Bilbao, contributing to strategic and institutional projects in the energy sector. He currently supports the executive leadership at Iberdrola International, driving cross-border transformation initiatives and working closely with top management on high-impact topics.
Having studied and worked for several years in Germany, France, and Spain, and being fluent in French, German, Spanish and English, Konstantin brings a deeply intercultural perspective to his work. He understands Europe not just as a political or economic entity, but as a shared cultural space shaped by cooperation, diversity, and mutual understanding. He strongly believes that a united Europe is essential to addressing global challenges, fostering innovation, and securing long-term prosperity.
