Jon Golde

Jon is an Associate at Boston Consulting Group, where he focuses on the consumer goods sector, particularly fast-moving consumer goods and retail, as well as large-scale restructuring programs. His work centers on helping organizations navigate transformation and unlock new sources of competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets. Jon holds a BSc in Business Administration from Humboldt University of Berlin, an MSc from ESMT Berlin, and an MA from Yale University.

I very much believe that Europe still holds vast untapped potential – economic, social, and intellectual. Realizing this potential, in my view, requires deeper integration not only of markets and institutions but of minds. I see myself as a European citizen, part of a generation that increasingly thinks and acts beyond national borders.

Through the United Europe Mentoring Program, I aim to deepen my understanding of how Europe can achieve this integration and explore how business and policy leaders can work together to drive sustainable growth across the continent.
