Burkhard von Kienitz

Burkhard von Kienitz lives in Düsseldorf, is married and has three children. At E.ON, he manages the COO processes and works directly for the CEO, Dr. Leo Birnbaum, supporting him with external keynotes and gives lectures together with him at the Technical University of Munich.
He holds mandates in national and international organizations and is supervisory Board Member of international E.ON Companies. He has worked in various countries and functions in the energy sector over the past decades. He is an Officer at the World Energy Council (WEC), which is the world’s largest comprehensive and independent network for energy and accredited at UN. He is also active on the study and finance committee and is Chair for cross regional cooperation.
