These include topics such as European integration, the Euro zone, digitisation and AI, climate change, finance and economics, democracy, security and foreign policy, environmental protection as well as topics on the future of Europe and the technological revolution, European financial policy and much more.
The mentors come from the networks of Bernotat & Cie. and United Europe and have mostly extensive experience in developing top talent and high potentials in companies. Through the programme, mentors have the opportunity to meet interesting young people from all over Europe and support them in their questions and tasks.
Bernotat & Cie. is responsible for the professional development and placement of the mentoring program and for the training of the mentors. All mentors assigned to the program are supervised by Bernotat & Cie. to ensure the quality of the programme.
