We welcome LEG Immobilien SE as United Europe’s new corporate member!
LEG SE is a leading listed housing company in Germany with around 166,000 rental flats and almost 500,000 residents. The company maintains eight branches in its home state of North Rhine-Westphalia and is represented at selected locations in other western German states with personal local contacts. LEG SE generated revenues of around €861 million from its core rental and leasing business in the 2020 financial year. As part of its new-build offensive, LEG aims to make a social contribution to the creation of both privately financed and publicly subsidised housing and to build or purchase at least 1,000 new flats per year from 2026.
