Sophie-Marie Arendt

Sophie-Marie is a manager at Vindelici Advisors AG, an international strategy and management consulting boutique based in Munich. She focuses on strategic transformation and communication as well as leading strategy and transformation initiatives. This has opened her opportunities to learn about a wide range of industries, from energy to robotics to public sector management. Before joining Vindelici Sophie worked at Porsche Consulting, a leading German consultancy.

Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Augsburg. In her thesis, she examined how crises impact corporate values which now serves as solid foundation for parts of her project work. Alongside her consulting work, she is involved in academic collaborations, designing and leading courses with students on various current topics, e.g., Digital Ethics and Industry 5.0. As part of her education, Sophie has spent several years abroad, including Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs in the United States.
