Felix Kubitschek
Government Affairs Specialist – Belgium
I am a Brussels-based Government Affairs specialist with a solid background in European policy and advocacy. My career spans various highly regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals and sustainability, where I have gained significant expertise in public affairs, regulatory advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Currently, I work as an EU Public Affairs Consultant, advising clients on legislative processes and sustainability policy.
Over the years, I’ve built strong analytical and communication skills in both German and English, having worked in international environments and across various policy areas. My professional experience has been shaped by roles in large multinationals and high-growth companies alike, where I contributed to policy development, advocacy strategies, and corporate positioning.
As a passionate supporter of European integration, I deeply believe in the values and opportunities the European Union represents. Having lived and worked across several member states and very frequently right on the border, I’ve experienced firsthand how European cooperation enhances our ability to tackle global challenges and fosters cultural and economic growth. This commitment to a united Europe fuels my desire to contribute meaningfully to the European project.
My primary goals for the United Europe Program are to transition into a more strategic, leadership-oriented role within government affairs and to develop a structured plan for long-term career growth. I hope to receive practical advice on developing and enhancing leadership capacity, strategic decision-making, and relationship building, particularly within the European policy landscape.
