Sie wurde 2009 zum ersten Mal in das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament gew\u00e4hlt. Mehrere Jahre lang stand Goulard an vorderster Front der Bem\u00fchungen der EU, die Euro-Krise einzud\u00e4mmen und war Mitglied des Wirtschafts- und Finanzausschusses (ECON).
